Customer information to the European chemicals legislation for registration, evaluation and authorization of chemicals (REACH / SVHC).

With regard to its product range, the company STRACK NORMA GmbH & Co. KG is a manufacturer (trader) of standard parts (standardized components for injection- and die-casting moulds, for punching- and forming tools).

STRACK NORMA is not subjected to the registration duty for chemical substances, our upstream suppliers are responsible for this.

STRACK NORMA complies with the obligations of a „downstream user“ by requesting our suppliers to register yearly all articles purchased by us according to the currently valid regulation, if necessary.
At the same time our suppliers are required to inform us immediately, if ingredients in the for us manufactured products have been classified by the ECHA as particularly worrying or/and these are not submitted to registry.

The determined duty to pass information in the supply chain according to the REACH-regulation satisfies STRACK NORMA GmbH & Co. KG by indicating all product components in the sales documents or on the product itself.

To the present state of knowledge there has been no evidence that REACH will have impact on our products or production processes.
If this is the case, we will inform you immediately.
